INTERmedic’s Multidiode™ Surgical Series is a high performance surgical diode laser with the broadest choice of applications in the market. Its versatility and adaptability make it a multidisciplinary tool ideal for a wide variety of surgical disciplines: from general surgery to Otolaryngology, Proctology, Thoracic surgery, Pneumology, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Laparoscopic surgery, Vascular surgery, Dermatology, Neurosurgery and Urology among others.
The 980nm wavelength of Multidiode™ Surgical Series is well absorbed by oxyhemoglobin and water, achieving an excellent tissue penetration, important for surgical purposes.

Contact and non contact surgery and interstitial therapy

Multidiode™ Surgical Series revolutionizes the practice of laser surgery by its great power of incision, excision, cut, coagulation and vaporization.
The system offers the best accuracy in all types of surgeries, both open and minimally invasive endoscopic procedures, as well as in interstitial laser therapy treatments. In addition, Multidiode™ Surgical Series is adaptable to the majority of surgical microscopes. 
Diode lasers emit in the infra-red light spectrum (980nm) allowing energy transmission through highly flexible optical fibers (with core sizes between 400 µm and 1000 µm) and its adaptation to different devices for a variety of applications.

Unique solutions for a wide range of indications

Multidiode™ Surgical Series handpieces have an ergonomic design to suit each application and can be sterilized and become magnetized for the convenience of the user. Apart from the conventional straight and curves range of handpieces, INTERmedic offers the latest technology with an integrated irrigation system that allows safe and accurate ablation of wide areas of tissue, without risk of carbonizing.
Multidiode™ Surgical Series includes, in addition, another set of devices with gas for manual application, especially suitable for Arthroscopy and Bronchoscopy.
